Mavel’s initial three founders Jiri Veis (Chief Executive Officer), Martin Sintak (Sales Director) and Jan Sip (Chief Operating Officer) remain with the company as active managers and Members of the Management Board. They were joined by Jeanne Hilsinger in 1997 (Chairman/Director of Development). These four also have regional responsibilities for Mavel’s sales and marketing efforts around the world.

Of the total personnel, about 90 are employed in production, 35 within the engineering department and 25 in the sales/project management area. The remaining persons are management and support personnel.
